Welcome and Introduction

Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by our team in a warm and friendly atmosphere. We will introduce you to the different stages of the training and answer all your questions.

Session Outline

Each training session begins with a quick briefing on the day’s objectives. Then, you’ll move on to practical exercises, whether in the pool or at sea, under the supervision of our instructors. You’ll learn essential techniques, handle the equipment, and build your skills. The session concludes with a debrief to assess your progress.

Goals and Sensations

Open Water Diver

  • Objective: Introduce divers to the basics of scuba diving.
    Content:
  • Theory: Online or classroom courses covering diving principles, safety, dive planning, and equipment management.
  • Practice: 5 pool dives to master basic techniques, followed by 4 open-water dives to apply acquired skills.
  • Autonomy: Dive up to 18 meters deep, accompanied by a diver of equal or higher level.

Advanced Open Water Diver

  • Objective: Develop skills and confidence as an autonomous diver.
    Content:
  • Theory: Study specialized knowledge for each chosen type of dive.
  • Practice: 5 adventure dives in open water, including one deep dive (up to 30 meters) and one underwater navigation dive. The other three dives may include night diving, wreck diving, drift diving, etc.
  • Autonomy: Dive up to 30 meters deep, with advanced skills in various environments.

  • Objective: Extend your diving depth to 40 meters.
    Content:
  • Theory: Understanding the physiological effects of deep diving, risk management, and planning.
  • Practice: Supervised deep dives to develop and refine necessary skills.
  • Autonomy: Dive up to 40 meters deep, safely and with effective risk management.
